Water color

My daughter has recently started to mess around with water color painting, she made a really beautiful Ganesha Painting. I was inspired by her, and now I am attempting to do water color as well . So I opened up  my water color box after 21 years, last time I used my water color palette was when I was in art school. I thought it would be hard for me to do water color again but, I felt the need to try it again and, I can do it! So, so far, I started a series about birds, I was also inspired by the fact that it's spring, the weather is beautiful and birds are chirping/singing in the early mornings.

My old water color palette (oh, the memories!)

My take on sparrows, sitting on a Japanese cherry blossom tree
